At Santa's Link to Kids Party in 2012

Facebook is doing something really neat. You can click on "See your 2012 year in review" and take a look back at the pictures, places and status updates that shaped the last 12 months of your life. I checked it out and the first status update that showed up was dated January 19.

"took my first walk around the hospital floor. My dude JC and me... we got this"

That was the day of my gastric bypass surgery at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Since that day my diabetes has gone into remission, I'm no longer considered obese, no longer on diabetes meds and my BMI is finally normal. That's the BIG stuff. But there are plenty of little victories to celebrate. You know I'm a shopper. I can wear solid bracelets now, not just cuffs. I can wear any boot in the store. Only stretchy or wide leg boots were in my closet before. AND... drum roll please.... I conquered the ropes course at the U.S. National Whitewater Center.

It was the 3rd time I'd tried. The first 2 times I took one look at the height of the ropes and the weight of the workers who might need to rescue me and decided there was NO WAY I would risk it. When you are morbidly obese any activity with a weight limit, harness or belted seat presents an opportunity for embarrassment.

Now I'm looking forward to more opportunities to challenge this new body of mine. I'm vowing to find an exercise that I enjoy in 2013. Sorry Sally, boot camp WILL NOT BE IT. Sorry Rachel, a triathlon WILL NOT BE IT. Don't bother to invite me if it involves mindless running or swimming. Who knows ? Maybe belly dancing, zumba , kick boxing ... we'll see.... All I know for sure is that "My dude JC and me... we got this!

We often hear about HGH mentioned controversial in the media, hcg injections including TV, Web video or read about it on the Internet. Many professional athletes and A-list Hollywood actors are using HGH for everything from gaining Buy Anavar Online a competitive strength and endurance advantage or for simple anti-aging medical enhancement because of the positive effects HGH has on skin, brain, bone, muscle, joint and organ regeneration. GHRP-6 HGH is being labeled the “anti-aging HGH miracle” because of the numerous medical studies suggesting its ability to turn back the age clock, helping adults over 30 who are experiencing the premature symptoms of aging to look and feel younger internally and externally. cjc-1295

The two games last weekend were some of the best atmospheres I have been a part of in Aggieland, goedkope timberlands sale and the A&M players absolutely feed off that energy from the crowd. There is no doubt that Aggieland is the best collegiate soccer goedkope timberland schoenen dames sale environment in the country. Once again, the Aggie Soccer Club has generously stepped up to cover the cost of admission for all A&M students, so an A&M student ID will get you into this game for FREE. The Penn State players talked after their Sweet 16 timberland schoenen outlet game about how nice it was to have the support of their home fans, and they had a crowd of 652.
