Nearly two weeks after being seriously injured in a crash on the New Jersey Turnpike, comedian Tracy Morgan has been released from the hospital, TMZ reports.
Morgan has been transferred from Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital to a rehab center in New Brunswick as he continues to recover from his injuries. Morgan suffered broken ribs, a broken nose and a broken leg.
"Tracy has been transferred to an undisclosed rehab center, where he is expected to remain for the next few weeks," said Morgan's rep Lewis Kay in a statement.
A report of the crash shows that truck driver Kevin Roper was speeding as his tractor trailer crashed into Morgan's limo, injuring multiple people and killing Morgan's friend, James McNair. Roper has been charged with vehicular homicide, as well as four counts of assault by auto.
