Over the last year or so, we've seen a whole other side of Miley Cyrus that not many could anticipate. The excessive tongue sticking out. The short shorts and pretty much naked photo shots. And man oh man, that foam finger. But still, Miley's managed to keep herself out of trouble despite her promiscuous lifestyle. And now, the queen of partying because she "can't stop" is handing out some free advice to none other than Justin Bieber in the wake his arrest last week.
On last night's episode of The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, Cyrus shared her two cents about Bieber. "You've got a lot of money," said Cyrus. "Pay people to make sure you don't get in trouble and party at your house. Buy a house, and add a club to it."
HA! I mean, I may think Miley has her oddball quirky moments, but the "Wrecking Ball" singer does have a point here.
Miley also told Jay:
My fans put all these people's mugshots up, and they were like, 'I don't see a Miley mugshot yet!' I get the most flak of anybody. I'm not doing anything illegal!
Lucky for Miley, she is the legal drinking age of 21 where Bieber is still a youngster at 19 -- making this whole rebellious partying rocker lifestyle he's trying to live a tad on the rough side.

But still -- Miley is right. Bieber is rolling in dough. He pays people to help him upkeep some sort of image, from his clothes to his music. Not to mention, he's on a label. How can the management from his label Island Records not see any sort of problem with the way that he's been behaving?
The truth? Apparently the label is worried. In fact, Universal's chief Lucian Grainge made a public plee at last week's Grammys, saying that Bieber needs help and he hopes that the label can get through to him.Someone needs to get through to him, and soon. If he refuses to tame things down (and let's be real, no one sees that happening any time soon) then Bieber needs to take Miley's advice and do things behind closed doors, on his own time, not endangering others.
