Salmon & Corn Casserole
1/2cup of cream or milk
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 (7-3/4 ounce) can salmon (drained and flaked)
3 ounces (3/4 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients (except cheese). Mix well. Pour into 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle generously with cheese. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
