Omnipresent early ‘00s bad boy Chad Michael Murray has landed a plum role on Marvel’s newest TV drama.

Marvel’s Agent Carter” will premiere on ABC in January, with Hayley Atwell reprising her title character as Captain America’s former love.

Marvel revealed on Friday that CMM will join her as SSR Agent Jack Thompson, while “Dollhouse” favorite Enver Gjokaj will play Agent Daniel Sousa.

Both characters will meet Agent Peggy Carter when she arrives in New York in 1946.

After significant arcs on WB hits like “Gilmore Girls” and “Dawson’s Creek,” CMM landed the starring role of Lucas Scott on “One Tree Hill.”

His character was written out under dubious circumstances after six seasons, after which he stayed very much under the radar for a few years.

But true to form, CMM rose like a phoenix over the past year with roles on TNT’s “Southland,” Crackle’s “Chosen,” “Tyler Perry’s A Madea Christmas” and Nic Cage’s forthcoming “Left Behind” reboot.
