Disney’s “Big Hero 6” cast a wide net for its voice cast and snagged some of Hollywood’s biggest names.
Confirmed for the animated adventure are Maya Rudolph, James Cromwell, Damon Wayans Jr., T.J. Miller, Alan Tudyk, Jamie Chung, along with “Supah Ninjas” star Ryan Potter and “30 Rock” actor Scott Adsit.
According to the official press release, Potter has the main role as a 14-year-old robotics prodigy named Hiro who must enlist the help of a friendly robot named Baymax (Adsit) for a “very important mission.”
Rudolph plays Hiro’s guardian, Aunt Cass, Miller will play a fanboy named Fred, Chung will play a sarcastic adrenaline junkie named Go Go Tomago, and Wayans Jr. will play one of the Big Hero 6.
They’ll team up to track down Yokai, the masked man behind the tragic event that hits their cty of San Fransokyo.
