Thanks to a plea deal, “Octomom”
Nadya Suleman has escaped jail time in an ongoing legal battle.

TMZ reports that the Octomom was charged with welfare fraud after allegedly “failing to disclose around $25K,” most of which she made from selling a solo sex video.

Suleman has paid the cash back after agreeing to one charge of misdemeanor welfare fraud.

But she’ll have to stay out of trouble for a while, as her sentence came with a two-year probation and 200 hours of community service.

She became famous after conceiving octuplets through in vitro fertilization, having already had to six children.

After the public perception turned negative, Suleman turned to various odd jobs for money, including a milkshake endorsement, a celeb boxing match and the adult video in question, according to the AP.
