Amanda Bynes has been cleared of charges in her so-called “bong-tossing case.”
According to “The Hollywood Reporter,” the judge dismissed the charges, as he promised to do if she went to counseling twice a week and didn’t get into further legal trouble.
She was accused of reckless endangerment and marijuana possession after allegedly throwing a bong out the window when police arrived to inspect her apartment.
That was six months ago, around the time Bynes was released from a rehab facility where she was reportedly being treated for mental health issues.
Bynes has been a model citizen, staying out of trouble – and the spotlight – for the past sixth months.
She’s only tweeted a handful of times over that time, with rare posts about her schooling and a few photos with her parents and her 31-year-old sister, Jillian.
Earlier this year, Bynes began attending the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in California.
