“The View”
is experiencing a mass exodus this season.

Just one month after Barbara Walters retired from the series, two of the three remaining co-hosts have announced their departures as well.

Sherri Shepherd will leave the show after seven seasons, while Jenny McCarthy will not be back for a second go-round.

Sherri posted a statement on Twitter, stating that “after 7 seasons my time at The View is now complete!” She added:

In a nice show of solidarity (or possibly to save face), Jenny tweeted, “If Sherri goes… I go too. #sisters.

“My View will be changing too. As will with many hard working folks. Thanks to everyone at the show for your dedication and an amazing year,” she added.

That leaves Whoopi Goldberg as the sole remaining panelist, only one season after longtime co-hosts Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Joy Behar left for other opportunities.
