Katy Perry
is a pop phenomenon right now, so it’s no wonder that she wants to share the wealth.

After teasing a “HUGE announcement” earlier this week, the “Dark Horse” singer is doing just that by starting her own label and announcing her first artist.

“I am so ECSTATIC to finally announce my NEW label Metamorphosis Music & my first signing, the incredibly talented & soulful FERRAS,” she tweeted Tuesday afternoon.

So it’s no surprise that Perry sings on Ferras’s latest single, a track called “Legends Never Die” that was released Tuesday as well. The track comes from his self-titled EP, which is out now.

Perry shook things up for her Prismatic World Tour, taking on varied opening acts from Kacey Musgraves to Icona Pop to Tegan and Sara.

She’s still touring the U.S. now, next hitting Raleigh, NC on Sunday, with North American tour dates stretching into October.

Listen to Ferras and Katy’s “Legends Never Die” and let us know what you think of that and her “metamorphosis” into label owner below!
