Justin Bieber has chosen to take a plea in his Miami DUI case.
TMZ reports that the star will plead guilty to reckless driving, and the other charges will go away.
The tradeoff is that the young singer will then have to take anger management classes and pay a fine, but he will reportedly not have to film an anti-drug PSA, which the judge originally felt was necessary.
Bieber was taken into custody earlier this year for allegedly driving under the influence, driving on an expired license and resisting arrest.
This is the best news for Bieber since a district attorney chose not to pursue felony prosecution in another case earlier this week.
The incident in question took place on a golf course, with a woman who claimed her phone was taken by the 20-year-old star.
He is still facing charges of assault in Toronto, as well as the investigation into whether he egged his neighbor’s home to the tune of $20,000.
