was just ordered to a major payout to her ex, Gabriel Aubry, not to mention his legal team.

TMZ reports that the “X-Men: Days of Future Past” actress will have to shell out $16,000 per month in child support, along with more than a quarter of a million dollars in his legal fees.

Beyond the monthly payment, Berry will reportedly give her daughter Nahla’s father a “retroactive payment” of $115,000.

The actress stepped out of the limelight for a while, mostly appearing in small films like “The Call” or supporting roles in ensemble comedies like  “Movie 43” and “New Year’s Eve” before reprising her role of Storm in the new “X-Men” feature.

In July, she’ll make the jump to TV, starring in “Extant,” her first regular television role since the short-lived “Who’s the Boss?” spinoff, “Living Dolls,” that started her professional career.

Since her split from Aubry, Berry has since remarried to Olivier Martinez, a French actor most recently seen as Pascal LeMarchal on ABC’s “Revenge.
