Miley Cyrus
is getting back on the road with her Bangerz Tour, so she doesn’t have time to beat around the bush.

At a press conference in London, Miley told press that all of the rumors surrounding her unforeseen hospitalization are false.

“I didn’t have a drug overdose. I took some sh**** antibiotics that a doctor gave me for a sinus infection and I had a reaction,” she said (via MTV News).

The “We Can’t Stop” performer was hospitalized for a severe allergic reaction last month, leading her to reschedule several concert stops.

Two of her European dates have been pushed back to late June, but Miley told press that now she’s “the poster child for good health.”

The star had at least one famous fan in the audience, with Lily Allen tweeteing after the performance, “That was basically the best thing I’ve ever seen #BangerzTour #MileyCyrus.”
