Jay Z
has a thing going with Rihanna, but he’s certainly not two-timing Beyonce.

No, Rih has simply joined Jay’s Roc Nation, an imprint of her previous label, Def Jam, for the release of her next record.

Billboard” reports that plans will be announced soon for her first album since “Unapologetic” in 2012, Def Jam will still be in the picture as the album’s distributor.

Artists who have worked on the Roc Nation label include Calvin Harris, Haim, J. Cole, Kylie Minogue and Rita Ora, and RiRi previously teamed up with Jay Z on Kanye West’s “Run This Town” from several years ago.

Aside from hitting the Met Ball on Monday evening, the singer recently made headlines for her public battle with Instagram over some racy magazine cover photos.

Her account appears to have been deactivated at this point, though it’s not clear whether it was her choice or the Instagram team’s.

Rihanna’s also working on a concept album for the children’s film “Home,” an alien-themed DreamWorks movie due out this fall.
