If you’re as obsessed with Netflix’s “Orange Is the New Black” as we are, you’re in luck!
The first official trailer for the show’s sophomore season has finally hit the web, and it was completely worth the wait.
While the fate of Taryn Manning’s character is kept under wraps, the preview (via The Futon Critic) teases the return of Laura Prepon – whose role on the show was up in the air – as well as the addition of a terrifying new inmate, Vee, played by Lorraine Toussaint.
Much of last season also focused on Piper’s (Taylor Schilling) adaption to being behind bars, but from the looks of season 2, each member of the incredible ensemble will get her chance to shine.
“This is not how I imagined prison to be at all,” a new inmate sullenly admits. But we’re glad, because “OITNB” is so much better.
Along with the trailer, there’s also a brand new behind-the-scenes video with the cast, titled “3 Words.”
Season 2’s 13 episodes will premiere on Friday, June 6. Are you counting the minutes until “Orange Is the New Black” returns?
