Amanda Bynes has been focused on her mental health over the past few months, and now, she’s moved on to physical fitness as well.

In early January, the actress attended a week-long retreat in Utah, where she worked out six hours a day, according to “People.”

“She wanted to focus on her health and getting her body back in shape, Miracles Utah Fitness Retreat’s owner, Austan Torson, told “People.” “Her main goal was to lose 5 lbs. and she did.”

Torson added that Bynes “brought a lot of life to the program” and was “really funny, fired up and open to anything.”

After the retreat ended, Bynes reportedly started fashion design classes in Orange County. She left a rehab center in California early last month and has been recovering with her family.

Her mother, Lynn Bynes, still holds a conservatorship over her daughter’s financial and medical decisions.
