Tina Fey and Amy Poehler won over our hearts once again as the terrific two-time hosts of the Golden Globes. But they weren’t the only ones who made the night great, so here is our salute to the top 5 moments from the 2014 Golden Globes:

1. Kerry Washington’s Baby Bump

The only thing that could truly divert our attention from Amy & Tina would be the thought of a mini Olivia Pope. Kerry Washington stepped out at the Golden Globes and confirmed her pregnancy to the world, even bringing along her husband, Nnamdi Asomugha. There was nothing “Scandal”-ous about it, and yet, we still couldn’t take our eyes off Kerry.

2. Amy Poehler & Tina Fey’s Monologue

Is it possible to steal your own show? As we said, it’s hard to upstage this pairing, and they made that clear with their raucous opening monologue. Riffing on everything from the length of Martin Scorsese’s movies to George Clooney’s taste in women and everything in between, their snappy speech made us wish everyone would speed up their speeches to give us more of Tina and Amy.

3. Jacqueline Bisset’s Speech

In something of an upset, Jacqueline Bisset took home the XXX Golden Globe for her role in Starz’s “Dancing on the Edge.” After an incredibly long walk from her seat to accept the award, in which she had to duck behind the stage, a clearly-frazzled Bisset gave an impassioned but slightly daffy speech that rivaled Diane Keaton’s, though it didn’t come with a song.

4. Jim Carrey’s Shia LaBeouf Diss

Though it was kind of shocking to see Jim Carrey presenting to begin with, we couldn’t be happier, since he took a moment to touch on Shia LaBeouf’s bizarre behavior of late. Touching on the young star’s alleged plagiarism fiasco and the strange apologies to follow, Carrey joked: “Dying is easy. Comedy is hard… I believe it was Shia LaBeouf who said that… So young, so wise.” It was priceless.

5. Emma Thompson’s Laidback Presentation

Emma Thompson has long been a beloved actress, but her lackadaisical attitude at the Globes was truly something to behold. The “Saving Mr. Banks” star took to the stage to present with a drink in one hand and her heels in the other. Thompson flashed the bottoms of her Louboutins to the audience, stating, “I just want you to know, this red, it’s my blood,” before freely tossing them behind her back and becoming the highlight of our night.
