Moving into a new place, you never know what your neighbors are going to be like.

Zac Efron’s new comedy “Neighbors” takes that stress to a new level, with Rose Byrne and Seth Rogen playing the parents of a new baby who discover that there is a fraternity house right next door.

As the pair struggles to maintain their “cool” while acclimating to the neighborhood, things quickly get out of hand after they anger Efron and his frat brothers.

The couple soon starts to fight back in the slightly NSFW second trailer (via Deadline) for the film, which is set to debut on May 9, 2014.

“Neighbors” was helmed by “The Muppets” and “Muppets Most Wanted” screenwriter Nick Stoller, but this comedy is anything but G-rated.

The flick also stars Lisa Kudrow, Carla Gallo (“Superbad”), Dave Franco (“21 Jump Street”) and “New Girl” actor Jake Johnson.
