Beyonce is on fire with her new, self-titled album, which she released late last week via iTunes without any warning.
Billboard reports that the set, which includes 14 songs and 18 videos, sold more than 550,000 copies through Saturday (December 14) and is a surefire No. 1 for this week's charts.
The magazine estimates that "Beyonce" will log more than 600,000 sales by the end of the tracking week -- "A remarkable figure for an album with less than four days of availability" -- which was midnight on Sunday (December 15).
It will be Beyonce’s fifth consecutive No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200 and will likely be the best first-week sales of her solo career; her second solo album, "B'Day," sold 541,000 during its first week in 2006, while her last album, 2011's "4," sold 310,000 copies during its first week.
Beyonce performed a "Beyonce" song, "XO," for the first time on Friday (December 13) in Chicago.
