After six years of marriage, “Trophy Wife” star Malin Akerman and her husband, Roberto Zincone, have split.
According to “Us Weekly,” the pair welcomed their first child together, a 7-month-old son named Sebastian, earlier this year.
“It’s as amicable as can be, and they want to do what’s best for their son,” a source tells “Us.” “No one has plans to file [for divorce] yet… Honestly, Malin is not even ready to discuss it. It’s a very sad time for her.”
Zincone is a drummer in a band called the Petalstones, in which Akerman was the lead singer before leaving to focus on acting.
Most recently, she hit the big screen in “CBGB,” a drama about the infamous club, along with “Big Bang Theory” actor Johnny Galecki and Ashley Greene of “Twilight” fame.
Akerman also currently appears on ABC’s critical darling “Trophy Wife,” which was recently picked up for a full 22-episode season. The show airs Tuesdays at 9:30 on ABC.
