What could be a better holiday present than a slew of great guest hosts and musical acts for a three-week “Saturday Night Live” extravaganza?

Nothing, at least that’s what NBC is hoping as they announce three straight weeks of “SNL” episodes in December, according to the official NBC press release.

After Josh Hutcherson makes his guest host debut this Saturday, the show will return on December 7 with Paul Rudd making his third appearance ahead of the release of “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues.

One Direction will promote their new LP “Midnight Memories” that same night, followed by an episode featuring John Goodman and Kings of Leon on December 14.

Lastly, just in time for Christmas, ex-“SNL” star Jimmy Fallon will return to guest host for the second time, shortly before making his “Tonight Show” debut in February.

Fallon will be joined by Justin Timberlake as musical guest, though there’s a good chance the “SNL” favorite will pop up in some sketches.

“Saturday Night Live” airs Saturdays at 11:30 on NBC. Are you excited for these new pairings? Share in the comments!
