Lancaster County Council of the Arts will host an exhibit by Lancaster Native Sheila Blackmon Neal for the month of February. 2D and 3D works will be displayed and an artist reception will be held February 9th at 6pm at the Springs House, 201 West Gay Street, Lancaster, SC 29720. LCCA galleries are free and open to the public Monday through Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am -3pm and by appointment on weekends.
