How do I call in to win a prize? The studio line is 704-570-1079!
Someone was supposed to call me, but I haven’t heard anything yet! You’ve won a prize and you’re excited to get your hands on it! Don’t worry, someone in Promotions will call you 24 hours from the day that you win! If it has been over 24 hours, please email mcarver@gmclt.com!
How do I pick up my prize? You can pick up your prize at the station Monday – Friday from 9a.m. – 6p.m. excluding holidays! (Please note that we are closed on holidays, you will not be able to pick up your prize when the office is closed)
What do I need to bring with me when I pick up my prize? A valid photo ID!
Where do I go when I get to the station? Please park in the visitor's lot; the first parking lot you see when you pull up to the station. Enter through the main doors of our building and present a photo ID to our receptionist to claim your prize.
Where is the station located? The address to the station is: 1 Julian Price Place, Charlotte NC 28208. For specific directions, please see the maps and directions below.
Can someone else pick up my prize for me? Yes! However, you must notify us first and give us the name of the person who will be picking it up for you. You can send these requests to mcarver@gmclt.com or call 704-374-3842.
Can you mail me the prize? No, it is against our policy to mail out prizes. If you have issues and are unable to pick up your prize, we will do our best to accommodate you, including delivery the prize directly to your home or work! For special requests, please email mcarver@gmclt.com or call 704-374-3842!
Can you deliver my prize to me? Absolutely! We do prize deliveries every Tuesday between the hours of 10a.m and 5p.m! We will deliver your prize to your home or work! *You must be present at the time of delivery to sign for your prize; we are unable to drop off prizes unless the winner is present.
How long do I have to claim my prize? You have 60 days to claim your prize until it is considered “forfeited”. There is no limit to the amount of prizes that you can win within each 60 day window; each contest is done at random!
