Man Vows to Play Piano Continuously to Get Ex Back

Is this cute or creepy?

September 12, 2017

Sometimes you really screw up a good thing in a relationship and end up getting dumped. Unfortunately, some people don't realize their wrong doings until it's too late. You love the person and you want to show how sorry you are. You want to prove that you're dedicated to them. Sometimes flowers and an "I'm sorry" just aren't enough.

I am a sucker for romantic comedies. And 9 out of 10 times it seems the movie always ends with one person having to make some grand gesture to win the person back. I am all for grand gestures. One of my all time favorites is from the movie Say Anything with John Cusack.

See that's cute and not creepy. Of course, no one has a boom box like that in 2017. Or how about this scene from When Harry Met Sally?

One man's grand gesture to win back the love of his life has gone viral over the last few days. Luke Howard and his girlfriend broke up. “It wasn’t anything nasty or bad, it was just life getting in the way,” he assured the Bristol Post. “If it was anything bad why we split up, then I wouldn’t be doing this, but it’s the only thing I can think of doing.”

Howard decided to play the piano in a UK park continuously until she took him back. Watch his video below.

He played throughout the weekend but stopped because someone punched him in the head. Plus, the reactions on Twitter and social media wasn't what he had hoped. Many people felt he was doing this as some publicity stunt or his gesture was just way too creepy. I thought maybe it was just some ploy for him to get his name out there too.

As of this morning, his ex hasn't taken him back.
